Refund policy
Modification or cancellation of the order
Orders can only be modified or canceled in a window of 24 hours after being placed. Once that is passed, any requests for cancelation/modification will be rejected. If you notice any issues with the content of your cart or shipping address right after checkout, you should immediately contact us at support@frome.co.
Returns
Every piece is printed on demand and due to the variety of our offerings, we do not pre-print or inventory any stock.
Since we do not warehouse or hold inventory, we are unable to accept returns and swap out one Frome for another, so we cannot provide refunds, credits, or replacements, except when the purchased product arrives damaged or defective. If your Frome is damaged or defective, and you wish to receive an exchange or a refund, send us an email at support@frome.co.
NOTE: Please do not send your purchase back to the sender without contacting our support. This would only complicate the refund/exchange process to where in some cases we'll be unable to accept your request.
Refunds and Exchanges
Our refund/exchange policy lasts 30 days, and only for events where the product arrives damaged or defective. If 30 days have gone since the package is delivered, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or an exchange, even if the Frome is damaged. So, make sure to check before the time is up!
To complete your refund/exchange request, we require your order number together with pictures of the damaged product and its packaging. Please do not send your purchase back to the sender before reaching out to our support - support@frome.co.
What happens after my exchange/refund request is approved?
Your refund will be processed to the original method of payment. If you choose an exchange instead of a refund it will be processed as soon as possible with no additional charges.
Delivery Failed/Returned to Sender
If an order gets stuckΒ or lost during the delivery process, we apologize! The postal service is out of our control. However, in cases like this, because the packages are insured, we will issue a replacement free of charge.
In the event that products are returned to us due to customers failing to pick up their package or providing the wrong address, we charge partial product cost plus aΒ Standard Shipping fee to reship your order. This also applies to cases where the package is being returned to the sender due to the wrong address provided by the customer.
